The Compact MBA is suitable for anyone working in the life sciences and biobased industries who needs a thorough introduction to Business Administration, or for those seeking a valuable refresher course. A major advantage: the trainers from the Dutch Business Academy are coming to Groningen, so you won’t lose any time traveling.
Content of the Compact MBA
What can you expect during this course? There are 9 modules, including:
- Strategy: Learn how to develop and implement an effective business strategy.
- Finance: Understand the basics of financial reporting and budgeting.
- HRM: Discover the best practices for managing human capital.
- Innovation: Gain insight into how to stimulate innovation within your organization.
