Year event Green Chemistry, New Economy on 7 November 2023

On November 7th, the annual event of the Green Chemistry, New Economy platform will take place at the Railway Museum in Utrecht from 13:30 to 17:00 (doors open at 13:00). Together, we will celebrate the allocation of the BioBased Circular Growth Fund (BBC) proposal, which marks our journey towards a new economy without fossil fuels. The event will feature speakers such as Arnold Stokking, Erwin Nijsse, Joanne de Jonge, Tom van Aken, and Jacqueline Vaessen.

Program

To scale up game-changers in green chemistry, we will engage in pitches and breakout sessions. The program includes:

  1. Supply Chain Collaboration: Together with participating companies, we will discuss the approach to BioBased Circular, Circular Plastics, and other opportunities for supply chain collaboration.
  2. Financing: We will share our insights on financing and support for startups and scale-ups in the new economy, and we are excited to introduce the new participants in the Green Chemistry Accelerator.
  3. Policy: We will discuss the follow-up to our research on End-of-Waste Status and reveal the next policy topic we will be addressing.
  4. Impact Monitoring: We will present the results of our research and engage in discussions with you about the transition challenge.

We will conclude with the presentation of our Action Plan for 2024-2026 and invite you to participate in this program.
